Quiet Neighbourhood and overlooking the Park ,this large Upper House is a stone’s throw from the Vondelpark. A calm retreat from a busy city but also very close to cosy restaurants and the famous museums in Amsterdam -Zuid . The large Flat has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Large living spaces and a study make a total of 9 rooms plus a kitchen. The House has many features from the jugendstil era and has windows on three sides . The two floors are connected with a beautiful staircase. Many artworks are hanging on the walls of this truly unique object. Beautiful views at the top of the building over the whole city. In the flat there is a washing machine and dryer .. lots of cupboard space a full kitchen with modern inventory. A dining area and a library plus work space. Main bedroom on the second floor has two large (single) boxsprings standing side by side , creating a luxury Kingsize bed . TV plus DVD recorder included. WiFi internet plus an old fashioned landline. Central heating and a guest accommodation
