"We chose this hotel partly for shuttle to airport. We made a reservation, when the shuttle arrived a group that was going to a conference all got on the shuttle with standing room only. My husband and I are handicapped and the driver did nothing about the situation, I had to confront the group to get a seat. According to making the reservation there are a set number of sets that was not enforced at all"

"The shuttle to and from the airport does not run as frequently as it should, especially later at night. It cost 35 euros to get there to avoid a long wait for the shuttle. "

"Amazing, loved the plane in the grounds, didn’t take breakfast but looked great and the golden buzzer in the lift is a great draw. Pool was good although if a family member opted out of swimming they couldn’t spectate due to automated showers. Parking is pricey."

"Not a very smooth check in, but thereafter was nice. The food options on site is good as well as the rooms. It's spacious, tidy and comfortable. "

"Living Area: Small but manageable. Kitchen: Average in size and functionality. Bathroom: The shower area lacks a door, causing water to spill throughout the space. Water leakage was observed outside the bathroom door, likely originating from the tiled area. There is no exhaust/ventilation, leading to persistent odor issues. Restaurant: Acceptable."

"We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Super location, great breakfast for the money, rooms are small but have everything you could need. So cool and ultra modern. Highly recommend. "

"Free shuttle service weaknesses: overcrowded, unreliable pickups at AMS airport, you load your own baggage on bus, goes to 3 Ibis locations but no announcement at each stop which Ibis, signage of each hotel impossible to see from crowded bus. Possibility of extremely limited dinner service on holidays as Easter offerring was hamburger and pizza. Snacks selection minimal and no restaurants nearby. Breakfast offerings were very good."
