"Communication is a big issue, staff are not trained and have not been provided with correct information.Each staff member give different information.You get the feeling that as this is the only hotel in the park and customers keep coming really the managment do not to need to improve customer experience. "Amazing hotel in great location. Super clean throughout the hotel. Beds super comfy and bath tub in the room made it super romantic. Staff were very professional and friendly. Always there to help. Some had such great English they even had abit of banter! WiFi super fast and tv allowed you to watch Netflix if you log into your own account. Breakfast was great with the best baked beans outside of the uk. Omelettes were great too! Highly recommend this hotel and would stay in it again! "

"👎 Pool side Jacuzzi is a joke, barely fit in four people and the water is lukewarm. My family were advised to reserve a grilled seafood buffet at time of checking in. The seafood variety selection is below average. No lobster or good quality crab. I accidentally tipped the wine glass over, the waitress refused to refill the white wine even though one of our beverages was water. It’s definitely overrated on the website, disappointed!"
