"Complex is great, very peaceful vibe, nice pool and gym, basic facilities located on the ground floor. Location is comfortable to take a taxi to anywhere, but not to walk around. "Outstanding staff! Room was clean and no mold smell. I did not pay for the breakfast but I did have dinner on rooftop and that was a very nice experience, but the food taste was meh. First night, my room on 11th floor but was too warm and the AC couldn't cool room to my desired temp, so they moved me to another room which which resolved issue. Although, I was disappointed that initially, tech said AC was working fine, but maybe higher floor gets hotter and needs more BTUs than AC can provide. Secured scooter parking is nice with 24/7 guard but it was bit nuance to have to check in/out with guard each time I came and went. Really nice hotel with great views, but location is meh. On first night when I walked to nearby local restaurants, there was NO sidewalk space whatsoever! Narrow street to walk on. But some good Mom and Pop restaurants nearby still open late were tasty and very affordable. There's no ATM nearby bc these small places only take cash. There is a convenient store nearby. But once I rented my own scooter, the location didn't bother me anymore. Also if you want the group tours, they will not pick you up at this location and you have to get to District 1. "

"We loved our stay at Phuong Home. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, homey and had all the amenities we needed. We had read reviews about the dog being aggressive, but as soon as we introduced ourselves to it, it was relaxed around us. We were within walking distance to lots of different shops and we frequented a 7-eleven that was just around the corner."

"Very nice hotel on a quiet street, walkable to lots of restaurants. Good room, very clean. Staff were very helpful. Water-side cocktails and breakfast were great and we took advantage of the courtesy water taxi to District 1. Great to have a dip in the pool after a day’s sightseeing though the smoke from the generator next door was a little off-putting."

"I couldn't find a pool for this property, but everything else was fantastic. There was no real staff to help you out, other than through WhatsApp, so finding the way inside for the first time was... interesting."
