The staff was very courteous and professional— very responsive to every need. Oakwood is a relatively small hotel and the quaintness and friendly demeanor adds to its charm. Upon future visits to Vietnam 🇻🇳 I will not hesitate to book my hotel reservations here at Oakwood.

They organised a room with a great view of Landmark 81 and also nicely decorated our room and provided a lovely birthday cake for us to celebrate. Great welcoming staff too. Was more than happy with the Studio Executive room we stayed in. Easy to call a taxi/Grab to nearby Landmark 81 or Thao Dien.

Loved this place. Felt welcomed by the staff. Friendly and accommodating. Clean room and spacious. Comfortable bed and overall positive experience. It's modern and newly renovated. A little far from some the major areas. More local vibes. No sidewalk in the area so it's not suitable for walking.

For tourist i font recommended location. There's no side walk on the street to walk and discover the shops and restaurant in thd neighborhood. Its s great hotel for guest who just wanted a pkace to sleep and get on a taxi and go. Its not a hotel for guest who wants to venture out and experience the locals. Customer service is awesome by thd hotel staffs. Hotel does needs some updating ;)

The room wasn't a room. It was like presidential suite. It has seperate living area and an independent maid's room. I was at 8th floor and the river view was stunning. A hotel room that one can only able to see in a 007 movie. The staff members are all well trained and to bell door man always greet you at the main entrance door. I paid a little over $50, but it was my best $50 spent in my entire life, i am a 62 years old man. I've been all over the world, so I know what I am talking about. I will definitely going back whenever I am back at Ho Chi Mihn city.

Everyone was kind and accommodating. We came very late at night and from the moment we got there we were well taken care of. The rooms were super comfortable and had all we needed and more. To top it off, the view of the river and city were amazing. I would absolutely stay here again! They also helped us with our laundry which we really appreciate.

Beyond 5 stars!!!

I love the staff at this property!! Quang and Vera were very helpful, accommodating, efficient, and always had a big smile on their faces even though they worked overnight! Nguyen is super fast and always had there to assist as well. The breakfast was ok, but the staff made our stay unforgettable! We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend!

First of all it was a great stay during the time in Saigon. Special thanks to the hospitality of Vera and Nguyen who were extremely welcoming and helpful. However, the checkout process seemed odd to me as a FO person, the staff was maybe not in the good day but yeah overall it was great. Also thanks the DM to store our luggages

There were ants in the bathroom and the AC system seemed not to work between 11pm and 7am leaving the room quite hot at night. No staff in the hotel spoke any English other than the front desk staff. The location is not close to anything so you need to take a taxi to get to any restaurants. Just a bad hotel!

スタッフさんの感じはとても良かったです。部屋の広さは十分、しかし少し殺風景でした。 空調は細かな設定は出来ない。古い。エアコンな風が直接当たり、調整できないため、寒かった。 思ったより古めの部屋。窓からの景色は、ヤシの木のみ。朝食は美味しい。ベトナムコーヒーも良かった。トイレが詰まることがあった。ホテル周辺はなかなか歩き辛く、タクシーを常用した。
