we are sorry for the inconvenience you had, but the service offered by the hotel includes free transport from the port of Capri or from the heliport of Anacapri. Upon his arrival it was not possible due to a breakdown in our car and for this reason the expense was borne by the taxi. We cannot refund the cost of transport to Naples because it is another city, in which case only discounts are provided. our services refer only to the island of Capri

A nice little boutique hotel in Anacapri
A nice little boutique hotel in Anacapri, up on the mountain above Capri. Friendly staff, although we paid for a balcony room, but we’re given a interior room instead because they were out of balcony rooms. No credit was offered, but we’re offered to move to a balcony room the 2nd night of a two night stay. We declined. Also an issue with the shuttle service, but that was mostly a language issue of where to get picked up. Overall a decent place. However Capri is a tourist trap, way over priced and the taxis are highway robbery 30€ to go <5km!

Our hotel offers different types of rooms and our prices are adequate and very often better than the market average. The price of the triple standard is more than honest and allows the use of the structure far beyond the standard level, perhaps you have not realized the prices of Capri compared to ours.

Hotel was in a perfect location For all the sightseeing we did. The street was a bit noisy outside our hotel but did quiet down at bedtime. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Breakfast provided was wonderful! The room was very cute and clean!

I think this hotel is a family business, very kind and friendly, is very well located (near Anacapri centre) . Clean and cosy. Unfortunately the view is not that great but for a budget hotel is very good

The owners are very much involved and it shows with the cleanliness and quality of service at the hotel. Great place, when I return to Capri there is no doubt I will stay at Le Bougainville in Anacapri!

Very happy with this hotel. We were happy to stay in AnaCapri and the hotel is conveniently located, although it is on a busy street. The staff, especially Luigi was fantastic helping us during our stay with arranging dinners and driving us around. The breakfast is very good and is held on a rooftop terrance that is very nice.

青の洞窟へのバス停に近く、街の中心部へも近い。 暑い時期のプールは快適。カプリのGrand Marinaまで迎えに来てくれた。帰りはタクシーを使ってほしい旨言われたが、時間がよかったのか当日の宿泊者のお迎えに合わせて港まで送ってくれた。

This boutique hotel is a gem on the island. We were welcomed like old friends and given help in planning our stay in Capri. Breakfast were delicious and the bar always accessible. We recommend wholeheartedly this convenient and classy hotel

Awesome find!
This was a 2 nt stay for us. So glad we choose this property. Location was walkable to Anacapri and bus stop was right out front.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to reccommed optional tours and even provide vouchers for us, and charge it to the room. The breakfast selection provided lots of options and cappuccino was perfect! I would def recommed this hotel for your stay in Anacapri.

hotel is amazing also the stuff, the area where is the hotel it's close to the center of Anacapri. with a bus, you can get the center of Capri in 10 minutes, same the Grotta Azzurra. the stuff of the hotel can suggest all the tips that you need my suggestion Anacapri is better and cheaper of Capri doesn't worth to booking a hotel in Capri. Great for short stay in Anacapri
Nice hotel that is well located when visiting Anacapri. Transfers to and from the marina came in handy and saved the hassle of a bus or taxi. Getting charged to borrow a towel for the pool was a bit unnecessary, especially when it cost more than some beach clubs.

Newly refurbed and central location for Anacapri
We stayed for the week and had a great room with individual ground floor terrace adjoining pool. Room was in pristine condition and may have been recently refurbished, in that cool calm Caprese style.......mainly white with touches of gold and blue here and there. Rooms kept spotlessly clean, on a par with the best. The pool and surrounding patio areas are recent additions and finish this hotel off superbly, in a fine boutique style. Management and staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and include collection and return to the port, as most hotels do on Capri.

We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Bougainville. Luigi is the best!!! The hotel was clean and the staff just wonderful. The staff highlighted all the things we should do and see & they were spot on. Luigi arranged a private boat tour around the island for us and took us himself to the boat. A great place to stay!!!

Great hotel, staff made my trip
I came to Capri as a solo traveler and I could not have been more pleased with this hotel. It's right next to the bus stop in Anacapri, so everything is within walking distance. Breakfast is included, and it's a pretty hearty breakfast. The best part of this hotel, however, are the owners. The hotel is run by a husband and wife, and they are incredibly helpful. Through them, I figured out what to see in Capri, which busses to take, and even got a few rides to the bus station so I could make sure I was first on the bus when I had my luggage. If you are going to Anacapri, this is the place to stay!

Great location in Anacapri
This hotel is at a great location in Anacapri. It is within few minutes walking to the chairlift up the mountain and Anacapri centre, as well as site seeing locations in Anacapri. It is steps away from a bus stop that takes you to Marina Grande, Capri's harbour. They sell tickets to blue grotto boat tour, which saves alot of time at the ticket booth. They also make reservations for you at different restuarants. They sell ferry tickets to nepoli and sorrento but not possitano. The staff are great and always there to help. The first room we got was a bit small for us and the gentleman at the reception who checked us in offeredcto upgrade the room for us free of charge. They also have the bus schedule to whereever you need to go which is quite helpful. The room was clean with clean bathroom and fresh towels. There is a safe and mini fridge in the room. The interent was not working for the whole Anacapri the first day but by night it up and running and the wifi signal was good. Overall, it was worth the price.

Pretty hotel near the heart of Anacapri
Great staff terrific continental breakfast Close to all transport . Luigi and his wife were there it seemed 24/7. When my fiancé got sick ,he took charge and got her to the hospital. They upgraded our room to the biggest balcony room they had. Answered all our question and needs any tips for enjoying their home were given proudly. Would return in a minute

I loved the owners but...
Great location in Anacapri. The service by the owner, wife and staff was perfecto! My room on the other hand was not as I anticipated. I slept on a twin bed and the bed was aweful! I couldn't sleep and thought of checking out the next morning. I was in room 102 or 105 and could hear everything from outside so from the box springs poking my back and from the traffic and noise of merriment outside I could not sleep. The bathroom was not as clean as I'd like. It was a 2 night stay so once I was outside I was great but dreaded going to my room. The breakfast was ok. There is a very nice lady that sets up the breakfast. I enjoyed speaking with her. Again, the owners and staff were nice and helpful and the location was lovely but the room needs a major upgrade with new beds and bathroom.

Nice well priced hotel in Anacapri
We stayed in the newly renovated rooms on the first floor. The rooms were nicely appointed clean and fresh on the inside. The bus stop is also right outside the hotels entrance!

Our room was old and out of date and smelled very bad. When we asked for another room or for the staff to remedy the problem, they were not very helpful and did not make any changes for us.

This hotel provides everything you need but is expensive. This is a reflection of Capri rather than the hotel but it's missing the luxury I'd expect when paying the price we paid. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Kind and helpful managment make this Hotel
Hotel was old and clearly sections were being being renovated, and we selected it based on price. What "made" our stay here was the staff. They were extremely helpful, and courtous, and provided information which greatly enhansed our stay on the island. Restaurant recommendations were spot on.

Was not sure where hotel was initially and it was up in AnaCapri on the island of Capri. So a bit far from Capri-the main city of the Island. We chose the deluxe package to have deluxe accommodation. The hotel was just ok. Small hotel of 10 rooms. I had expected the room to be larger and nicer since I chose a better package. We were to have a full breakfast and it was continental breakfast. At least It was clean but nothing special.

호텔 룸은 깨끗했습니다 샤워부스 물이 많이 세서 불편한 점 외에는 다른부분은 만족스러웠습니다~~ 푸른동굴이나 카프리로 넘어가는 버스정류장이 가까이 있고, 리프트 탑승장소까지 걸어서 이동 가능합니다~~ 돌아가는 날 선착장까지 가는 콜택시를 불러 달라고 요청했는데 주인 할아버지께서 직접 선착장까지 라이드 해주셨는데 무료라고 해서 감동이였습니다 (이태리에서 무료서비스는 처음 받아본거라~~ㅋㅋ) 대체적으로 만족스러웠습니다

Hôtel très propre et bien situé à Anacapri
Hôtel très propre et très bien situé au cœur d' Anacapri. La réception donne de bons conseils pour visiter les environs, et le personnel très gentil. Chambre était bien et super propre, mais notre chambre avec balcon chère car vue ne donnait pas sur mer et bruits de la rue passante face au balcon.
