Ideal for large families or groups, this impressive accommodation features on the main floor an incredible and spacious living room, flooded with natural light. The space, elegantly furnished with various sofas and armchairs, is perfect for socialising. From here, you have direct access to the outside and a view of the garden.

The wooden kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your meals. In addition to the essential utensils and crockery, it has a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a small table for quick meals. The accommodation also has an office area, ideal for those who need a quiet space to work.

For moments of pure fun, the property offers a fantastic games room equipped with a billiard table, table tennis and foosball, as well as a fitness space for the more active guests.

Outside, an extensive and wonderful garden invites you to enjoy the outdoors, offering a pleasant dining area under the pergola and a generous covered patio with barbecue. The true jewel of this space is the superb covered pool, perfectly framed in the garden and surrounded by sun loungers for relaxing sunbathing.

The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms. Three double rooms, elegantly decorated and equipped with comfortable double beds. One of these rooms is a luxurious suite that includes a relaxing hydromassage bathtub. In the mezzanine, accessible by a flight of stairs from the living room, there is a versatile additional bedroom equipped with a trundle bed (for two guests) and a sofa that extends as a mattress on the floor (ideal for accommodating two more children).

The bathrooms have all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Located in the quiet and welcoming village of Mogofores, in the municipality of Anadia, this accommodation offers you a peaceful refuge in the heart of the prestigious demarcated region of Bairrada. The neighbourhood's energy is serene, authentic and deeply connected to the land and wine-making traditions, providing the ideal atmosphere for those seeking to disconnect from the fast pace of big cities.

Here, the experience is marked by the excellence of flavours: you are at the epicentre of the national gastronomic route, surrounded by 16 historic wine cellars within just 10 minutes (such as Quinta do Encontro, Caves Campolargo, Caves Aliança and its museum, or the centuries-old Caves Casa do Canto, founded in 1680). In addition to wine, tasting the local gastronomy is a must, especially at one of the renowned restaurants 10 minutes from the accommodation, such as the multi-award-winning Rei dos Leitões, named "Honorary Ambassador of European Gastronomy" in 2023, or Mugasa, considered the best roaster of suckling pig in the country!

Despite enjoying all this rural tranquillity, the location of the accommodation is exceptional and places you just minutes from major attractions. Right nearby, just 5 minutes away, you can stroll through the Curia Thermal Park and relax in its historic spa, visit the old Curia station on the Bairrada Route, or explore the two-wheeled heritage at the Bicycle and Motorcycle Museum. A short 20-minute trip away, you will find the stunning Bussaco National Forest and its majestic Royal Palace, where the mysticism of untouched nature invites you to unforgettable walks. 15 minutes away, Pateira de Fermentelos offers you the natural beauty of the largest natural lagoon in the Iberian Peninsula.

Beyond these local gems, Mogofores serves as a perfect strategic base, with easy access to the train station (600m) and the A1 motorway (15 min), to visit two of the most important tourist cities in Central Portugal, both about 30 minutes away. Head north to fall in love with the light and canals of the picturesque city of Aveiro (known as the "Portuguese Venice"); or travel south to immerse yourself in the historical richness and University of Coimbra, "City of Knowledge", where you can visit the spectacular Joanina Library.

It is the perfect starting point to experience the ideal balance between country rest, the pleasures of fine dining and the discovery of Portugal's rich cultural heritage!

The property is located in Mogofores, in the municipality of Anadia, in a rural and peaceful area of the Aveiro Region, known for its vineyards, thermal spas and green landscapes.

By car, it is the most convenient way to get around the region. The A1 (Northern Motorway) and A17 are just a few minutes away, allowing quick connections to Aveiro (about 20 minutes), Coimbra (about 25 minutes) and Porto (about 50 minutes).

By train, Anadia station is a few minutes' drive away, with regular connections on the Northern Line, serving Aveiro, Coimbra and Porto.

By bus, there are regional services connecting Mogofores to Anadia and neighbouring localities, although with more limited frequency.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (Porto) is approximately 55 to 60 minutes by car, and Lisbon Airport is about 2 hours away. Taxis and transfer services are available in the area upon prior booking.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (16:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish detergent and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
