The Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel had the best views on the island! The staff even upgraded our room at no cost due to some maintenance issues with our original room. My Wife and I received world class customer service from the staff! We will definitely be visiting Santorini, Greece again in the future! Staff amazing especially Jennifer ( Baby Bear ) made us feel very welcome & provided exceptional service John the Chef was great too , he couldn’t do enough for us & has a tremendous passion for his food Nickolas our sever , always smiled & was very attentive Our Room with the pool was very nice , but wouldn’t stay in any other room there Hotel in general was too far away from the Santorini we all love & see photos of My suggestion is to stay on the Cliffs at Fira or Oia for a few nights , for the magical Sunsets , Restaurant's & Shopping Then go & rest up at Splendor Resort & feel the LOVE ❤️

Special thanks goes to Biona, Mike and Chris - staff that went above and beyond - although even the manager / owner made an effort to speak to his guests. The whole team were polite, friendly helpful, personable. If you are not sure whether to book this hotel - do it! You will absolutely not be disappointed. Breakfast was very good - great selection and lots of it. Beautiful pool area, spa, bar. Honestly every single thing about the stay was outstanding. If we come back to Santorini (the hotel could be the reason! We would stay here again.) walking distance to the beach. Beautiful clean rooms (we stayed in room 311) - fantastic room.
