Hotel and staff was great, so was the breakfast. We were disappointed that the shuttle to Disneyland stopped the month before and nobody notified us. That was the whole reason we chose that hotel. We ended up having to take an uber to and from. Very disappointing.

Sonesta Anaheim Resort Area
Check in was quick but the $32 parking fee was unexpected and rediculous. The room was spacious and clean but the fire alarm went off erroneously at 3:00 am and kept going on and off for over an hour. Left tired and with a bad taste in our mouths.

The room was spacious and clean , breakfast buffet was great. Doesn’t offer a shuttle to Disney, but within walking distance to the Disney shuttle service. Couldn’t hear noise from other rooms.

Not a good experience. We called and asked about amenities beforehand and we're totally lied to. The place was scuffed, cracked and old.
