"Great experience! Friends recommended and this place did not disappoint. Huge hot tub, dog friendly, Spa Like bathroom, fire pits, food truck, drive-in movie and beautiful views. We stayed in an airstream which was clean and spacious. I would definitely be going back."

"Grant’s place is absolutely amazing! Being able to stay in his cave house was a definite check off our bucket list. I surprised my daughter for her 18th birthday and so fun to see her face when Grant pulled is up to the cave:) Super remote location in the national park and You literally have to drive through a creek to get there. Grant was an awesome host who even picked us up and took us back to our car in the morning as we did not have a 4x4. He has horses, cows, and two beautiful, sweet cats on the property. We hiked up the mountain behind his house and had the most amazing views of southern Utah! The music/jam room was fun to do some karaoke and jamming on the guitar. Acoustics were great! Views from every window are superb and Grant has truly thought of everything. You can tell he put his heart and soul into building this gem and still making it feel like home even though you are in a cave. We had a Wow experience there and highly recommend even if it’s for just one night! Totally worth it!"

"This house was a great stopping place between Bryce Canyon NP and Capitol Reef NP! After a full day at BCNP, we stayed here two nights before traveling to CRNP. We were two couples so sharing the one bathroom was a bit of a challenge, but we knew there was only one and we knew we could handle it :) This is an old house that has been so beautifully updated, but is loaded with lots of charm and all the essentials. The beds are comfy and the living area is spacious. Plenty of seating for our party of four. We spent one entire day in the area and would highly recommend Devil’s Garden, the Petrified Wood Trail at Petrified Forest State Park, and a stop at Singing Canyon on your way to Capitol Reef. Also, make sure you go outside and look at the stars! They’re amazing!!"
