"The location couldn’t have been better for visiting Capitol Reef National Park, and the view from our room’s balcony was amazing! The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. While the room could use a few updates, which we shared with the staff at checkout, nothing would keep us from staying here again. In fact, this was our second stay at this resort! We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"We had a fantastic family stay here over fall break. The house was very comfortable and a great base for exploring Capitol Reef. The fire pit and sauna were fabulous after a day of hiking, and the views of the stars from the rooftop terrace were incredible.The host responded quickly when a small issue came up, which we really appreciated. A lovely place to unwind and a big part of what made this such a memorable family trip. We’d happily stay again."

"Grant’s place is absolutely amazing! Being able to stay in his cave house was a definite check off our bucket list. I surprised my daughter for her 18th birthday and so fun to see her face when Grant pulled is up to the cave:) Super remote location in the national park and You literally have to drive through a creek to get there. Grant was an awesome host who even picked us up and took us back to our car in the morning as we did not have a 4x4. He has horses, cows, and two beautiful, sweet cats on the property. We hiked up the mountain behind his house and had the most amazing views of southern Utah! The music/jam room was fun to do some karaoke and jamming on the guitar. Acoustics were great! Views from every window are superb and Grant has truly thought of everything. You can tell he put his heart and soul into building this gem and still making it feel like home even though you are in a cave. We had a Wow experience there and highly recommend even if it’s for just one night! Totally worth it!"
