John, we are so sorry that our hotel was still under renovation while you were set to arrive and the GPS coordinates routed you to a different location other than our front door. As we were re-debuting our hotel, our opening date was ever changing and it appears the messages that were relayed never made it to you, for that we are extremely sorry. I can understand what that must have been like not knowing where to go after a long travel day. We hope that you get a chance to come back and experience our hotel as your base camp to adventure here in Alaska.
