The space has a corner with a full bed, smart tv and a 2-seater breakfast bar. The outdoor has a seat down patio with grill and firepit for enjoying the Midnight sun.

Tiny house hypoallergenic type studiothat offers everything you need for a short or long stays.
Fully stocked kitchen,full size bed with quality linens and memory foam mattress,spacious bathroom with walk in shower and washer and dryer inside the unit.The space offers plenty of storage for your clothing in our custom made wardrobe.
Outdoor hang out area is also available with woodburnning firepit🔥 and seating to enjoy the solstice🌞.
Guest can have accessto the studio unit by accessing with a combo code provided upon check in.
Front yard is shared from 3 airbnbs in the building.

A comfortable small apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. I slept well every night on the firm mattress.

My stay got off to a little rocky start HOWEVER it ended up fantastic. I will stay here again! It was fantastic, exceptionally clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the location perfect. I highly recommend it.

Great Stay!!

I had a great stay at this property!! I traveled to Alaska to visit my son and it was a perfect location. It is close to JBER a centralized location Chugach State Park to hike the many trails the park offers. Irena was also very easy to work with!! I will definitely consider using this place again when I visit my son next year!!
