"Fantastic location. 4 minutes from airport and 4 minutes from Sicily pizza which is open until 5:00AM."

"Airport shuttle takes awhile once you call. Waited 40 min to get picked up. Room 213 has lukewarm water for the shower. Spoke to counter twice said they would notify maintenance. No change in water temperature. I believe shower valve is broke. Have a coffee maker but no coffee for the fancy Keurig. It is a great location."

"Melissa at the front desk was wonderful. Disappointed the hot tub did not work. Stay was wonderful otherwise. "

"Staff was friendly, breakfast- had coupon for $10 off. Nice gym That’s the pros. Now the cons: took 3 attempts, the last being ugly, to get room cleaned. So went for 5 days without new towels, 4 days no coffee. No coffee available downstairs in main area, just water. No microwave in room- only 1 in hotel on the 3rd floor. Needless to say, this hotel is nice upon entry, but very dated rooms. Service was lacking, people not doing their jobs for housekeeping. I won’t stay here again. Disappointed after the price I paid for a 10 night stay."

"Unfortunately, the room I reserved was not available and I was placed in a substitute room that did not meet my needs. I was not informed about the substitute until I returned to the desk to check out. The staff apologized profusely. The GM assured me that I would not be charged. I wished it could have worked out because I was looking forward to the amenities."

"Plenty of parking. Area is a bit to be desired but thats not the fault of the hotel. Great bar and restaurant. Modern, cozy rooms. "
