"Pleasantly surprised. The staff shines! Very friendly, helpful and available. The airport/ferry shuttle is a huge amenity and is really appreciated. I loved how the screened windows open to catch the fresh air. The property and rooms are very clean. It could use a bit of renovating, but the cleanliness, friendliness of staff and close-by food and shopping options outweigh any aesthetics. Only one thing I found needs addressing is the smell from the bathroom sink drain when water runs. It's the drain and definitely not the water. I drank the water and the water is fine. Thank you for a pleasant stay!"

"Hi, the staff were great when we checked in. I did not know I had to pay for parking. I was a little sad to learn that the property was undergoing a renovation and I could not use the fitness room. They gave me a partial refund which was nice. They were very responsive to my needs while I was there. I will definitely go back once they are finished to stay!"
