"Everything was as expected. People are nice and helpful "

"Everything was easy and simple. The only complaint I had was that there was a bunch of guys smoking marijuana in their room and you could clearly smell it on the whole floor. Just because it is legal in Alaska doesn’t mean it’s legal federally. Children were present on the floor. It shouldn’t be tolerated by the hotel."

"Breakfast was fresh and hot. Facilities and room were very clean. One suggestion I would make is to have a mat in the shower or grab bars on the wall. It was a little scary to be in a slippery tub with nothing to grab onto if you slip."

"Room very clean, lots of staff everywhere taking care of the property. The staff was friendly, smiling and helpful and seemed happily working there. The property had a fun, old-timey lodge vibe. Lots of common spaces to meet with friends or just hang out. Everywhere was nice and warm inside even though it was around zero degrees outside. Restaurant was very good. Id definitely stay here again and recommend for a fun Old Alaska experience "
