"I was delayed in Ketchikan for one night on a flight that was cancelled in Ketchikan due to fog in my desired destination. I booked my room on the app while I was still on the plane. When I got across from the airport on the ferry there was a shuttle that picked me and a number of other passengers up. It was past the hour when the shuttle usually ran, but the driver was willing to stay late to take 3 groups of passengers to the hotel. I was thrilled that I got a wonderful king suit with a gas fireplace and comfortable bed. The bar had food and drinks and didn’t close until 11pm. I even received a discount on my breakfast the next morning. The only thing that I had to be disappointed in was that I asked for a wake up call that never came. I was glad that I had set my alarm."

"This cabin is very clean and the communication was excellent. This place would be fine for a weekend stay but we had an extended 3 week stay due to moving. It was a challenge with a tiny fridge, no stove or oven and a small kitchen sink. We were aware of this before booking it but our options were limited. It was bery convenient with our dogs and the neighborhood was great, I just dont feel like this is conducive for an extended stay. If we had to stay in Ketchikan again for a day or 2 we would definitely stay here again. "
