The breakfast had a lot of options and the staff wa the best! The only hiccup was my bathroom wasn’t the cleanest; someone else’s hair on the towel, the fan was clogged with dust, and the shower drain was broken and lifted up. Honestly small things; the rest of the room was great!

Basic hotel, nothing special. A little dirty in general in rooms and common areas. Lots of cigarette butts littered outside entrances . Best part for families with young kids -Nice sized pool and hot tub and breakfast included. I’ll stay at Aloft next time I’m in Anchorage.

The room needed a better cleaning. There was puke on the shower curtain. Trash from before us under the beds and couch. The couch cushions are very gross with stains (room 101). People really need to clean up after their dogs outside. The staff was amazing the whole time. The pool is a fun time for the kids. If they have the proper resources they could turn this hotel into the best.

Seems to lack if enough house keeping staff, at least for a 7 day stay they only clean the room twice and we have to requested the cleaning daily. As soon as you walk out throw the side or back doors you find dog waste and pee. Staff was nice and breakfast was also good. Room was clean at the check in.

The rooms were amazing. They were clean just be sure to lock your doors. We forgot one night and our car was rummaged through. Things were stolen it’s our fault we forgot to lock our door, cause our hands were full, it obviously is a hotspot to go through cars,.but other than that, everything was amazing to the pool through the cleanliness and all .
