This recently renovated home is in the heart of Midtown, and 10 minutes of the airport, the university, Providence Hospital, and downtown Anchorage.

The home has brand-new appliances, fixtures, etc. It is located on a quiet, dead-end street and has a spacious backyard for BBQ and yard games.

One bedroom is set up as an office, including a desk with two external monitors. It also has a futon, and is where the washer/dryer is located.
