Clean, quiet, and cozy 750 square foot DOWNSTAIRS unit duplex apartment. Private entryway. Located in a quiet, single family home neighborhood.

Less than 10 minutes to the airport.

Close to bases, UAA, AK Regional Hospital, Providence Hospital, downtown, midtown, and walking/biking trails.

Discount for active military. Small pets allowed.

Two bedrooms, private bathroom; one bedroom has a queen size bed and the smaller bedroom has a full size bed. New beds are firm with 2-inch toppers.

Private key code entry.

Off street private parking.

Fully stocked private kitchen/dining room and breakfast items in the fridge. Keurig, coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar.

Big screen tv with Firestick and high-speed internet.

No smoking. Smoking is fine outside.

Security camera and Ring doorbell on the front of the house.

Check in is 3 pm and check out if 11:30 am. Late/early checkout is fine depending on availability. Just ask in advance.

Private washer and dryer in the unit.

Great place!

Comfy simple clean nice quiet place to stay for a few days! Appreciate the few small touches - nice towels, mirrors all around the place so they were easy to use, coffee. Close access to UAA campus.

Exactly what we were looking for

This little rental was the perfect place for my mom and I to rest before heading towards the Interior. Everything was neat and orderly and just as described. Thanks for a lovely, safe place to spend a couple of nights.

Great for a Night’s Stay

The unit was perfect for a place to stay the night. My friend and I were in town for a competition. We spent little time in the unit during the day but would come back each evening, prepare a small meal, maybe watch a movie or play games, and then go to bed.It was clean, conveniently located, and quiet.It is not a vacation destination.

The apartment was immaculate, with Alaskan themed decorations throughout. Instructions to get in the house were clear and easy to follow. Though it is in a neighborhood, once inside, it was very quiet. If visiting Anchorage, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Living room seating was comfortable as were the beds. “Dining Table” was not adequate. Kitchen was equipped reasonably well. Host responded quickly to our need for towels. Nice neighborhood and adequate parking.

Nice place

This place is conveniently located for restaurants and shopping. Out activities were hiking and travel down to Seward for the glacier cruise. The neighborhood is slightly sketchy. But we had no problem during our stay. The rental itself is very clean and well-maintained. Its even stocked with frozen food and some coffee. I highly recommend it.

Nice-rather far from restaurants, grocery stores.

Check-in and check-out were flawless. The place was clean and the washer-dryer was super convenient. If you have your own transportation, it is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Otherwise, be prepared to Uber (as we did). It’s a bit dark, located in the basement level, and the gloomy weather emphasized the lack of lighting. I recommend this place.

Overall this was a great rental. The place was very clean, had a reserved parking spot, and was well-marked. I appreciated that I could bring my dog with me. This is a basement-level apartment and the sound-proofing between the ceiling and upper level is not great- we could hear people walking around, banging, etc. It did not disturb our sleep but was a bit concerting when we first arrived. The location is conveniently located near UAA for events on campus.

Good for our 4 night stay

This place is good for a mid-length stay. I teleworked the week we were here and the wifi had no trouble keeping up with my meetings and the electric fireplace was nice ambiance. The hot water is HOT which I really appreciated since it was chilly during our stay. We also used the laundry and it was nice that detergent was provided. Location is fine if you have a car, we were able to drive everywhere we needed to go relatively quickly and the neighborhood seems like a quiet one. I would stay here again with my fiancee but would hesitate as a single female just because there is only the combination lock and no deadbolt on the door and I'm paranoid from a bad experience with a host from another unnamed platform years ago (to be clear, absolutely no issues with Maia, I'm just nervous).

The 2-bedroom apartment was very comfortable and spotless!!! It was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans for preparing meals. Maia was an amazing host!!!
