"Beautiful property beautiful staff Fabio, Ivan, If , and the blonde at the front desk incredible service ! Rooftop restaurant was fabulous with incredible views ! Pool staff also amazing ! we also had a room at the front of the hotel and had the pleasure of a private quartet and opera singing below our room on our last night !! "The best hotel—the quality of service, the attentiveness, and the hospitality were all excellent. I highly recommend it. The location is perfect for catching the bus and exploring the area, with great transport links to everywhere; it is close to everything—supermarkets, clothing stores, the beach, and restaurants. The service in the breakfast area was excellent, and the food was superb. The room was very clean and beautiful, offering lovely views. When I return to Venice, I want to stay at this hotel again. I recommend it."

"We loved the room so stunning! Even had slippers and dressing gown so we could use this near the pool. The pool was beautiful and towels were provided. Also so beautiful as you can see the water as you walk out. The room was super clean and pretty. I think be aware if you stay in the hotel and your driving as we hired a car. You would need to park in Venice and leave the car. I would reccomend pre booking parking as it can get very busy. Then you need to get a water taxi to the hotel which was nice and easy. You need to buy the tickets at the machine near the boat taxis you can not buy these on the boats. Room was not ready when we arrived, staff were friendly and said we could get a drink if we wanted outside and would let us know. We were visiting from the UK, we were not keen on the food options at the restaurant and quite expensive. However, just not to our taste other's may like it . But great location, so you can walk to a restaurant and loads nearby. The pizza was lush! Air-conditioning was great to and well needed."
