"An increíble hotel. Staff was wonderful and the area is so incredibly beautiful. Lots of thoughtful touches. The dinner and breakfast were excellent!"
"The hotel is very basic, nothing around , you need to have a car if you want to eat something, they just have small cheap pizza and cheap empanadas, and they charge you a fortune for it, since there is not transportation they offer you a taxi service wich regularly cost 7 usd for a trip to my work and they charge you 23 usd , it’s a place I will never go back"
"Experiencia regular, la propiedad mal señalizada no se ve el número del condominio y tampoco está debidamente señalizado a cuál casa corresponden las cajas donde se encuentra el control remoto del portón. Luego solo llegar a casa de al fondo … sin número. La limpieza deja bastante que desear, pisos sucios vidrios sucios , mala manutención. En resumen a pesar del espumante de cortesía, no la volvería a elegir . Mala relación precio calidad "

"The Hotel Singular was simply fantastic in and of itself and for its excellent location! The staff goes above and beyond, from Sergio ensuring I had a very early check-in, to possibly the best massage of my life by Hislamar Medina! There are insufficient words for Martin Torres, the incomparable Concierge who knew and handled everything immediately with a smile! My friend was staying at a big American chain and she said their Concierge was useless: “Thank Goodness we have Martin!!” The lobby and the rooms are delightfully charming, beautifully decorated from a bygone era. I was very sad to leave!"
"We had a truly wonderful experience at Concha y Toro Boutique Hotel. Although we arrived a bit early for check-in, the staff kindly let us store our luggage so we could head out and explore the city right away.
Andrea, the receptionist, was especially welcoming and went above and beyond. While we filled out our paperwork, she took the time to share helpful tips about what to see in Santiago and how to get there. Her warm and attentive attitude made us feel instantly at home. She even offered us some breakfast upon arrival—an incredibly kind gesture that we truly appreciated.
Our room was ready around 1 p.m., but we didn’t return until 3 p.m. since we were enjoying the city. Later that evening, her colleague Jennifer was equally impressive. She helped us plan for the next day and gave us great advice on the weather and what to expect. Like Andrea, she was kind, thoughtful, and attentive—both of them were truly stupendous hosts.
In addition, the staff helped us coordinate transportation for both airport pickup and drop-off, which made our travel experience so much smoother and stress-free.
Thanks to the exceptional service from Andrea and Jennifer, we would absolutely return to this hotel. The staff made all the difference in making our stay comfortable, easy, and memorable.

"Personally, I will never stay here again!
I stayed at the Residencial Metro Republica, during the first month of winter and it was a cold week. Having said that, it was SOOO cold in the room (You are rationed “Heat” from 7pm to 11 pm). If you wake up early or need to go to the bathroom, your room will be frigid. The heat you are given during the permitted hours is weak. You have to huddle beneath the covers in the morning and evening hours. I ended up sleeping in my down jacket just to keep my arms warm. My hands were freezing and needed to be kept below blankets while sleeping.
Other considerations are: Many hotels have a water warmer for coffee or tea in the rooms, they did not. It would have been nice so I could have made warm coffee, at least.
There was a weak Internet signal in my room- I could not watch videos.
The hotel is in an old building, but is in a good location near “El Centro”. It is a short walk to the metro or subway,
The shower had warm water, but the sink only had cold water. Showering was warm enough, but as soon as it ended, you were standing in a bathroom full of frigid air.
They have signs on the wall telling you to take short showers because “Cuidemos el agua”.
I think they use the excuse that they have gone “green”, but it is just insanity!
There is not a sign on the building, so it is a little hard to find. The place does seem secure as they keep the front door locked and you must be buzzed in.
Buyer beware!

"Cold showers the entire stay here, in the middle of winter. Unbelievable. It's a known issue as the front desk says you have to let the water run for an astonishing 30 minutes and "maybe" the water will get warmer. It's one thing to have an unexpected issue, but to rent rooms with such a glaring issue in winter hoping no one will complain is pretty unacceptable. Also make sure you know that the included breakfast is at the restaurant and you have to verify with them that's what you're getting, because they hand guests a menu with expensive prices on it without saying anything, which I'm sure is very confusing for many guests and makes very little sense. "Beautiful hotel in good location. Good wifi, great breakfast, fantastic staff. Very comfortable, large and clean room. Also quiet. Would definitely stay here again"
"Qué buen hotel y muy buena localización. Gracias al personal del hotel que nos trató muy amablemente y nos dió consejos como turistas, en especial a: Andrea, César, Cristian y Nelly."
"The staff at this hotel could not be nicer. They looked after us in every way and always with a friendly, warm disposition. Highly recommend this place plus it is excellent value for money. "
