Well thought through facilities in terms of providing guests for a comfort stay. The staff was helpful in providing information around town and even helped is to reserve a local tour. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

I really liked how nice the facilities and amenities were, and that most of the workers spoke very good English. My shower needed to be cleaned after I found a few hairs in there upon my arrival, but the cleaning staff took care of it and cleaned it pretty quickly. Breakfast was good also and loved the filtered water available for the guests in the lobby.

The hotel is located in a beautiful, safe, and secure area, conveniently close to metro station. The neighborhood is clean, peaceful, and easy to get around. I felt very comfortable and safe staying here.

Safe neighbourhood, modern clean and well presented. Breakfast was really nice with nice variety of food. About a 25 minute walk to the gondolas to take you up the big hill. Staff were really helpful.

We loved staying at the Hotel Almasur Providencia. The location was safe and great for walking to shops, restaurants and other sites. The apartment style hotel room was perfect for my husband and I. We had plenty of room in the living/work space to work on our computer, buy some groceries for breakfast, make some eggs, enjoy coffee, etc. We had dinner twice at the restaurant downstairs and truly enjoyed the ambiance. meal selection and service. We didn't feel like the cost of the breakfast was worth adding on, but if you like a large breakfast, they seem to offer an extensive breakfast buffet. We will definitely return to the Hotel Almasur when we come back to Santiago!

Our stay at Almasur Providencia in Santiago was perfect, just like all the other excellent stays we had during our journey. The location is fantastic, in the beautiful Providencia area, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the main attractions of the city. It was the ideal place to relax and explore Santiago. The room was excellent—comfortable, modern, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were wonderful, very kind, professional, and always available to help. Their attention and hospitality made our experience even better. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Almasur Providencia offers great comfort, a perfect location, and excellent service. We would definitely recommend it and would happily come back again!

Breakfast was outstanding! We bought food to cook, but our stove did not work. We had daily maid service. Filtered water was avaiable free of charge in the lobby. Very quiet and immaculate environment. We would stay there again!
