Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für jedes Problem gab es eine Lösung. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der Garage unterstellen. Das Dorf Hochgallmig bietet ein herrliches Bergpanorama.

The location of this hotel is excellent and there are many restaurants within walking distance. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it advertised air conditioning. It was a very hot day when we arrived and the air conditioning unit in our room (not central air) was broken. The hotel sent a man to fix the machine. He literally brought a hair dryer to melt the large block of ice that formed on the inside of the unit. When that didn't work he used an ice pick. It eventually started working, but stopped working and broke down two more times during our three night stay. Our room was hot and that took away from our ability to relax comfortably from the heat. Additionally, the shower head in the shower did not adjust properly and when we asked for it to be fixed the same man who fixed the air conditioner just turned the shower head upside down and then the water sprayed directly towards the wall. All in all, other than the air conditioning issue and shower issue the room was adequate and the bed was comfortable. I just expect a bit more. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Checking in was very easy and the room was clean and spacious, location was very close to the train station.
