Agréable Maison à vivre de 93m2 avec sa belle terrasse et la piscine chauffée 7x3,5m avec plage idéalement située dans une petite rue très calme d'Andernos.
La plage, le port ostréicole et le centre-ville sont à 800m.
Tout se fait à pied...Un bonheur.
La piste cyclable est à 200m et 3 vélos sont à votre disposition.
Vous disposez d'une Grande terrasse bien exposée au sud/ouest et abritée donnant sur la piscine avec barbecue et plancha. Le tout dans un jardin bien paysagé et clôturé de 500m2.
Portail électrique et 2 places de parking à l'intérieur.
La maison comprend 3 chambres à lit double, dont 1 plus grande de 20m2 avec climatisation et 1 espace bureau.
1 salle de d'eau et 1 wc séparé.
Les lits seront faits.
Les serviettes de bain et torchons sont fournis.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec 1 cellier et donne sur le salon/séjour de 31m2 pouvant accueillir 8 personnes à table.
Le salon est équipé de la climatisation, d'une TV (abonnement Netflix) et vous disposez d'un réseau fibré.

Pendant que nous vous louons notre maison, nous logeons dans une partie mitoyenne de la maison qui dispose d'une entrée et d'un jardin bien distinct de la maison.

Nous passerons 1 fois par semaine pour l'entretien du jardin et de la piscine à votre convenance en fonction de vos disponibilités et pour ne pas vous déranger pendant vos vacances.

Beautiful property

Amazing place, very clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pool is lovely and warm. Hosts are helpful and friendly. Town is lovely, not too busy with amazing markets and restaurants. We really enjoyed our holidays.

In a quiet neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants we had a lovely stay. The house is clean and good equipped. With a beautiful garden and swimmingpool. A lot to do in the environment.

Great house in calm area

This house is definitely worth 5 stars. The house is extremly clean and well kept. The hosts are very experienced, friendly and helpful. Despite the hosts living in a fenched-off corner of the house on the property, they are very discret. We experienced the area as being very calm with no street noise outside. A great place to stay.

Bonjourla maison est idéale pour une petite famille meme avec enfants nous le pensons. attention une seule salle de bains et un seul WC il faut le prendre en compte si à 6 mais la maison est décrite fidèlement. Une petite déception est le fait que la description décrit la présence de vélos ce qui n'est plus le cas donc nous avons du en louer à raison de 9 le vélo et pour 10 J ce qui fait quand même plus de 500 non prévus. pas sympasinon la propriétaire est vraiment très avenante et super disponible, l'entretien de la piscine a été assumé durant notre présence sans déranger et en accord préalable.très belle destination et il ne manque quasi rien dans cette maison et linge de lit et serviettes appréciés.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d’Andernos.L’accueil était très chaleureux et les hôtes disponibles.La maison est très agréable,fonctionnelle ,très bien équipée et entretenue.Accès aux commerces du centre ville,au marché et au port à pieds ( point de recharge électrique tout proche de la maison) Bref un endroit où il fait bon passer ses vacances !!!A recommander

A proximité de ce joli bassin où la lumière change au rythme des marrées et offre des paysages grandioses, la maison de Virginie et Vincent est un havre de paix où le temps semble suspendu . Refuge confortable, spacieux propre, décoré avec goût dans un environnement silencieux. La piscine chauffée est un régal. Le jardin clôturé, bien entretenu s étend en une toile de verdure luxuriante et invite à l’évasion et la contemplation. Un très grand merci pour votre accueil, gentillesse disponibilité si besoin et pour les spécialités. Nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour et pensons déjà à revenir.

Séjour à Andernos

Nous avons passé deux semaines à Andernos dans une superbe maison avec piscine et jardin très bien entretenu, proche de toutes les commodités, du centre-ville et du bassin. Idéal pour les balades à vélo. Amoureux de la région, nous y revenons régulièrement avec plaisir. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins, ce qui contribue grandement à la réussite des vacances !!

Vacances très agréable dans cette jolie maison! Le jardin magnifique la piscine super et la maison très fonctionnelle avec 3 vraies chambres. Was für ein schöner Ort - für uns alle ein Urlaub der uns in guter Erinnerung bleibt.

Unser Aufenthalt war geprägt von einer wunderbaren Gastgeberin, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat und stets für uns da war, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Das Objekt ist einfach außergewöhnlich schön. Für uns als Familie war der Urlaub einfach ein Urlaub nach unserem Geschmack und das, was wir aufgrund des Inserates und den Bildern erwartet haben, ist voll und ganz stimmig und hat zum Teil unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Gastgeber uns das traumhafte Grundstück haben uns alle glücklich gemacht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder gern!

Cette location coche toutes les cases!

Malgré une météo capricieuse, nous avons profité au maximum de notre séjour dans le Bassin d'Arcachon grâce, entre autres, à la superbe piscine chauffée et à l'implantation de la maison au calme tout en étant à quelques centaines de mètres du centre d'Andernos. La maison est très bien équipée et très propre. La propriété est clôturée et l'on s'y sent chez soi. Petites attentions à notre arrivée et très bons conseils de Virginie en matière de restaurants. En résumé : une charmante hôtesse, une charmante maison et une petite cité balnéaire non moins charmante.

Agréable maison tranquille et bien placée

Arrivée avec des propriétaires prévenants et sympathiques, ils nous ont offert quelques attentions culinaires qui font toujours plaisir. Le logement est très propre et un carnet complet sur l’utilisation des équipements facilite la prise en main de ce dernier. Il y a absolument tout pour vivre normalement et beaucoup d’équipements sont à disposition. L’emplacement est très calme, il y a la plage et les petits commerces à 10 min à pied. Pour les courses il faut quelques minutes en voitures. La piscine est propre et la cuisine extérieure est vraiment agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Accueil super chaleureux de Virginie et Vincent, qui sont très à l'écoute et super arrangeant. La maison est conforme à l´annonce, avec tous les équipements nécessaires, et salon de jardin complet (plancha, barbecue...), elle est au calme, le jardin est magnifique, la piscine chauffée est très agréable. Tous les commerces se font a pieds et ça c'est un vrai plus. Nous reviendrons très certainement car ce fut vraiment une belle découverte en tout point de vue.

Petit paradis au coeur du bassin d'Arcachon

Mon épouse et moi avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette belle maison située à 15 minutes à pied du centre d'Andernos les Bains qui est une commune bien sympathique à vivre. Il n'est pas nécessaire d'utiliser la voiture pour accéder aux nombreux commerces et restaurants. La maison est parfaitement équipée et tout a été pensé par les propriétaires ( extrêmement discrets ) pour votre confort, y compris un cadeau de bienvenue très apprécié. La maison est située dans une petite rue très tranquille ce qui renforce encore l'agrément des lieux. Enfin, cerise sur le gâteau : la piscine chauffée et isolée du voisinage. Que demander de plus ?

Séjour Andernos les Bains

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle villa où tout était prévu pour que tout se passe bien. Et en plus proche de toute commodité (centre ville, commerce, marché, plage pas trop loin) La piscine est top et le jardin magnifiquement fleuri. Les enfants ont adoré et nous aussi. Le quartier est calme. M. et Mme Berthelot sont très sympas et nous ont très bien accueilli.
