"The rental is a short drive from CASV making it really convenient. It’s also walking distance to Main St. The place was well cleaned and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets if needed. The host is very responsive. We had an issue with the internet and he quickly took care of it. And when the people on the 2nd floor were letting their toddler run around ALL night he addressed it immediately. We loved how close this home was to everything in Oneonta."

"The location was good. The kitchen was upgraded. Rails up the porch seemed to be a little dangerous as they were not stable. The deck was not cleaned off, there was no soap for showering. All the TVs were working well. There was an odd smell in the upstairs bathroom (smokey, stale) and upon entering the property the smell was musty. I would suggest air fresheners (plug ins) and supplying bathwash for the bathrooms. We did leave ours there. The host was very responsive and kind. We were able to check in at 11:00 which helped with our baseball schedue."

"8 adults stayed comfortably in this house for a week of Cooperstown baseball. It was an easy and quick drive to the fields and walkable to downtown. Although small it suited us just fine because we were hardly there for our week of baseball! The only complaint was the upstairs shower and the way that the water came out."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Sideline property. It was a cozy little place with great A/C and everything I needed for a comfortable stay during the week my son was at All Star Village. In my unique circumstance, I had to cook for my son since he has severe food allergies. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare a few meals and the drive to and from ASV is quick and easy. The location is great- not only close to ASV, but also walking distance to a great yoga studio and Main Street shops and restaurants. Loved my stay and would recommend to others."
