"The location is perfect- just outside is the main street with many excellent restaurants. The property needs updating - smells like cigarettes, carpets stained, damaged wallpaper and bathroom fixtures. the staff is pleasant and the room was clean , bed comfort was okay. we've stayed here before , due to price and convenience, but i feel this could be a wonderful place if they fixed it up a bit. "

"After a scheduling error on our part staff bent over backwards to provide us a room for a second night. Otherwise we’d have had to sleep in our car. "

"I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was clean, staff was very nice- there is a lot in walking distance including a Denny's that's open till midnight and a movie theater and Applebee's across the street. 25 min drive to Cooperstown where we visited a winery and brewery. Location is great. "

"The place was very clean and had plenty of room for all guests. The check in process was great and they also dropped off bagels for us in the morning. I would definitely rent from them again "

"The home was well furnished and very clean. We had everything we needed for the week. There was a wagon, cooler, and even umbrellas. The property was close to All Star Village and downtown. We had deer in the yard almost everyday. The porch was beautiful to sit on and read. The beds were all very comfortable. Our host was amazing and kept in touch before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this home for your stay. "
