"Very good location, good staff and excellent airport shuttle service. The breakfast is one of the best I have had, with multiple options, very fresh and delicious. The personnel are very kind. Unfortunately, the check in was very slow and delayed with long lines due to an unexpected situation caused by a cancelled flight and the airline provided vouchers for lodging and food at this hotel for many passengers and the staff did not give priority to our reservation made many days earlier, Anyway, I will come back to this place in future travels"

"We had an amazing time at this hotel it is very close to restaurants and convenient stores. The rooms are very beautiful for the cost get one with a balcony. The breakfast was great and the restaurant team is awesome. Please book a Uber from the airport and for all your travel needs. Must visit spot is Comuna 13 it is a cultural tour which is so amazing. I love Medellín and will visit again. FYI get a spa treatment."
