The place is amazing, clean ,quite and safe . The staff are amazing and helpful. The hotel is close to everything. For the poeple who would like to go just use the lift to go down to the street (its in the parking ). The only things that struggled me is that they don't have choices of vegetarian food...they are not friendly on this point.

This was a marvelous hotel. The service was fabulous on all levels, the room was lovely, the gym was a great space, perfect for my yoga practice. And the restaurant was delightful. The staff - particularly in the restaurant - made us feel like we were welcome. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

This is a large 5* hotel. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Good valet parking. Room large but very dark; requested extra lamp(s) but they never arrived. Good internet connection. Dining room was expensive, food was lousy and staff was unfriendly - not recommended.

The spa staff were extremely accommodating to adjust our appointment at the end of the day when we were delayed arriving. Check in was friendly and quick, however no bellman on duty or valet parking so you have to handle this on your own. The facility was excellent with great amenities for dining, delicious room service, large well appointed bathrooms and very comfortable bed with nice sheets and plenty of pillows which I loved.

We stayed here for one night and I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel location is beautiful within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Adel the concierge was extremely helpful during our stay, he provided restaurant recommendation's and information on sites at Andora la Bella. Thank Adel for making our stay at your hotel a great one.

Beautiful property nestled in the mountains. A little difficult to find. Helpful front desk who can arrange a trip to the Caldea spa (highly recommend this off-site spa). Wonderful full breakfast buffet. Our room was spotless. I wish I checked the mattress to see what brand it was, it was very supportive and comfortable.

Awful breakfast. Machine coffee, non fresh orange juice and fruit really. Poor. Hotel was empty of people . Entrance to town is through a car park…. Hmm wouldn’t stay there again

great property but rooms are a little outdated, AC doesn't work so expect the room to be very hot, breakfast is disappointing. spa services like massages are disappointing as well, the common areas are good though and its location is central.

6 Stars!
Absolutely excellent. I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could. We traveled with our son who has special needs with his food and the hotel was well prepared for everything when we arrived. All the hotel staff were extremely nice but most especially to Magda and Elvin(?) from the Concierge/Reception. They were absolutely incredible. Thank you again, Andorra Park Hotel. We shall definitely return.

Very poor service.
This is a nice hotel in a nice location but no service at all. We arrived and were offered no help with our bags at all, despite there being a porter there. We then lugged our suitcases up the hill whilst the porter showed us to the door :/ For a hotel trying to sell Cartier sunglasses, you need to make it feel like more than 3* service! Wouldn’t come back as I like good service, which is a shame as the room was lovely.

Wonderful architecture. Checking in was smooth but all went downhill. Maître d' should resign and get a job in a gas station as his manners are better suited there. Half of the restaurant staff are capable and skilled. Chief concierge flashed a fancy business card like a LAPD cop after chasing me around the lobby curious to what my room number is rather to assist in any way. Will never return here.

This was an A hotel a great pool, the food at dinner was superb, in the morning you push a button and the drapes open automatically to a view that I can’t describe adequately

Nice, quiet, and comfortable with large rooms and comfy beds.Great restaurants, but too much light in them Our room was too hot, but was really nice otherwise. Location was fa fantastic.

Not very bike friendly
Hotel has a policy about bicycles in your room. They lock them in a room outside. My preference is to have my bike with me. And Andorra is a place people come from around the world to ride.
