Excellent all around! Everything clean. Smooth and easy check in even though we were early. Incredible location. Comfy bed. Only thing was the room was puny, but not the end of the world given all the other pros!

Great location, its in the heart of everything. Hotel was very clean and the staff wonderful. Downside is there is a lot of street noise if your room is on that side. Avoid room #7 at all cost, its directly over the entrance door and street noise, doublewhammy. Ear pugs help.

Location was amazing. So many restaurants and shopping at your doorstep. The river with a scenic path just steps away. it was the smallest room we stayed in during our 3 weeks of travel. Only one person has room to get dressed at a time. Luggage has to go under bed in order to have room to walk. However, worth it for location if staying a few nights.

It was a really cool place with modern amenities as far as many plug outlets, bath and shower supplies. It was a little small for our liking but that is was they offer! It is right in there by all the action. Staff was very helpful.

Wonderful location, right in the middle of active and fun Galway. The third floor was completely quiet in spite of the merriment and music on the nearby streets. It's well run and well taken care of, and though the rooms are quite small, they're cozy and make the most of the limited space. No elevator, though, just stairs, so best choice for the able-bodied and energetic.

The Snug Townhouse has been my absolute favorite location so far where we have stayed in Ireland. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Spanish quarter. The staff was excellent, attentive and welcoming.

Cute little boutique hotel central in the Latin Quarter. Very convenient but it comes with a price. The noise from partying continues until staff is setting up the next day and the garbage trucks arrive (even on a Sunday night). We had a total of 2 hours sleep over the 2 nights we were there. Great location for those who aren’t bothered by loud noise.

Property was in pedestrian entertainment district among bars with outdoor seating and live music, very noisy until after 12:30AM. Window treatments did not keep out all the bright streetlights and the bed was against three walls so that the inside occupant had to crawl over the outside occupant to get out. Providing earplugs with each room was not a good solution. Notice about the noisy environment should have been provided along with all other property details.

Overall clean .. very small.. nice area..did not clean bathroom after our first night but did leave new towels.. picture of room is much larger than what we had..we nicknamed our rooms "the closet"., for the price it was good!

The rooms befit the hotel name; they are very small but efficiently laid out and well suited to travellers. The nearby parking garage at Spanish Arch is also quite tight, but conveniently located. Pack light, there is no elevator. I would stay here again.

Right in the heart of shops and pubs of Galway. A bit noisey but the windows are thick to block out most noise. Modern and updated and very friendly staff.
