Everything was wonderful. Customers slammed there room doors frequently which would wake you up. A portable fan for noise would be nice.

The hotel is located behind a car sales plot, not very inviting. The shower area was peeling, and the rooms did not have usb plugs, when asked if I could borrow a plug, I was told I could buy one. That does feel customer friendly. The staff were pleasant but staff pushed past me to get into the lift. I acknowledge that the weather has been warmer than usual but with no AC then room was too hot. I don't like leaving this kind of review but I would not chose to stay at The Nox again.

The one thing i didnt like about the hotel was how dark the corridors are. But thats just a personal preference and douesnt detract from the hotel's performance

Staff was friendly, accommodating. Though I twice reported that my room telephone wasn't working and it was never repaired. Poor internet connection in room. Again, staff helpful in that regard, though there was little that could be done about the insecure connection. I thought the hotel would be closer to downtown, but fairly inexpensive to travel by taxi. And walkable, without luggage. Dining room service was above average. But the breakfast buffet was disorganized, food so-so. By Canadian standards, the room was rather expensive.

Hotel was shambolic. The facilities could not cope with the quantity of coach parties booked in with guests having to queue in reception for tables at breakfast as the restaurant was not big enough and the staff were slow to fix issues with coffee machine and replenish buffet. The tables were so tightly squeezed in it was difficult to navigate everyone standing waiting around. It is basically a hotel on a very busy ring road the traffic on which made it difficult to get to. It is basically a step up from a travelodge. The soundproofing is so poor we were woken continually in the night by other guest knocking on each others doors and talking, this went on until 4am. I would definitely not recommend it
