If you are needing parking the parking facility next door that they claim is a “separate entity” is a nightmare. Not only is it an extremely tight parkade to manoeuvre in it also has terrible access to the hotel if you have luggage. Prepare to be carting your luggage up and down flights of stairs in order to get to your room. And hotel not very accommodating when you express concern about this. Location is great if you are not arriving with a vehicle. There is no where to pull up in front to unload luggage prior to parking either.

Loved the convenient location. But: The room and bathroom were very tight in space especially at that price point. Our shower drain was clogged and the maintenance man wasn’t able to fix it so the it filled up with water with each shower. The comforters were extremely hot and when I asked for two lighter ones I was told there were none so I asked for two too sheets and slept with the windows opened as the AC always turned off. Overall we didn’t have a great stay at the Leonardo Galway.

Everything was great except the misconception they have onsite Parking that is even close to useable . Unless u drive a mini cooper or a motorcycle not legitimate regular sized car could ever park in these spaces.. truly treacherous to even pull in the garage and get out without at least one fender bender.. parked theee block away and it was a relief .. the hotel is in a great location and everyone was very nice and nice large room with good views.

A chain hotel where they have everything sorted and it's easy to come in and out. We had a fine room (a queen single, which was more than we needed) and everything worked! We hadn't expected more but it was clean and the bed was comfy. Parking next door wasn't cheap, but they did validate the ticket to get it a little lower. The area is very walkable from the hotel, park and just get outside ;)

The room was spacious and well appointed, it even had a electrical socket beside a mirror which is unusual in hotels, but an essential for me. The breakfast was lovely. Even thought it was buffet style, everything was piping hot and there was a great variety. There also was a complimentary copy of the daily newspaper which was a nice touch. The bar is very nice, and Kims, the barman was lovely, very efficient and friendly. The hotel is ideally located to all the sites you want to see in the City and to many restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. The price wasn't too bad for a city centre hotel in July. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect we were able to walk the entire city and we loved the view of the river. Rooms were clean and shower was great. We added breakfast which was convenient. Security staff at night made us feel safe. Also the restaurant was amazing with great food and drinks. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The hotel's location is perfect for proximity to parking and for exploring the city on foot. The property has been significantly renovated and we were given a room upgrade at check-in by Rosallele to one with a view over the garden and adjacent river. In all we had a wonderful experience and will be returning.

Easy to get to everything. Clean and very friendly staff. Seagulls were a little loud at night but not their fault! Would likely have been louder to stay directly on Quay.

I am so please yo have been able to stay at the Leonardo! The upgrades made on the hotel are appreciated. The staff delightful and helpful. The only thing I could ever say as a negative is the parking garage hahaha. But this is not your fault it’s just horribly made for those in a bigger car. The staff was supportive and humorous with the agony isn’t eh isn’t to park the car. Thank you for that!
