Lovely hotel with helpful staff and great dining (be sure to check out the deserts - yummy). Liked being so close to the promenade and water. We caught the close by bus and enjoyed all that downtown had to offer.

The hotel was very clean and hospitable. There is beautiful Galway Bay and the promenade across the street. There is a lovely outdoor picnic area for warmer weather. The breakfast was delicious and suited to all tastes. We had a lovely dinner in the pub with friends as well! We highly recommend this hotel.

Best service ever. The staff was courteous conscientious kind helpful above and beyond the call of duty.Extra large room to spread out and enjoy ocean view. Most incredible Olympic size swimming pool for laps, another pool for fun, a baby pool, and the biggest hot tub which turned out to be the right size.

Our room was spacious, but quite dated. The mattress was terrible. There was no coffee in the room. Breakfast wasn't great. On our last morning, the fire alarm went off at 6:30AM and we had to evacuate. There was not a single staff member available to provide direction or communication about where we should go, what happened, etc. This is a major safety concern.

I had relatives whom I used to stay with , so I know the area really well. Hotel was a treat for me , breakfast was really good . Lovely hot pots of tea. Reception were professional and welcoming. A small issue the first night was quicky resolved. Would love to come back another time.

Amazing location not enough

Our room was on the 4th floor. There was no insulation or noise proofing. We had difficulty sleeping due to the cold and noise. We could hear our neighbours snoring. Beautiful location but wouldn't stay here again

Great location, easily walkable to the dining district in Salt Hill. And the hotel is directly across the street from "The Prom" which offers miles of sidewalk alongside Galway Bay.
