The food, service, and restaurant staff were great! However, the hotel division doesn't match the same level. The location is a bit removed from the lively parts of Gallway, so it was not a convenient walk. Although acceptable, our room was in need of a "refresh" and faced a somewhat noisy and brightly-lit parking lot. Our biggest complaint however, was that our thermostat and hot water weren't working. When we discovered the problem late in the evening, hotel staff wasn't available and we were instructed to instead contact the restaurant which was near closing (and seemed a bit awkward). It wasn't resolved by morning when we needed to get ready early in order to make our train. It was quite an uncomfortable shower! The front desk person was very kind and apologetic, but overall our experience wasn't favorable. It was not the charming hotel we expected and would not recommend this hotel.
