HHübsche Wohnung mit schönem Meerblick

Schöne Wohnung mit italientypischer minimalistischer Geschirrausstattung. Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin spricht nur italienisch - Ankunftszeit am besten per WhatsApp mitteilen. Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück nur für kleinere Autos empfehlenswert. Sat-TV ohne deutsche Programme. Badestelle in 500 m Entfernung mit schwierigem Zugang ins Wasser - Badeschuhe erforderlich. Schönere Badestellen in Acquaviva (Küstenstrasse Richtung Castro) und Tricase Porto.

Séjour agréable et tranquille avec des villes aux alentours plus belles les unes que les autres (Castro, tricase, porto césareo, lecce, … ) et sans oublier un peu plus loin les trullis d’Alberobello Appartement identique à la description et monsieur qui nous a accueilli très gentil avec qu’ion a eu de chouettes échanges Nous recommandons

Ruim appartement met fantastisch uitzicht

Aan de kust gelegen appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht op zee, schoon en een ruim terras. Vriendelijke eigenaar en zeer behulpzaam op veler gebied. Het ligt op enkele kilometers van Castro. Goede uitval basis om Puglia met de auto te ontdekken.

Propreté irréprochable Endroit calme mais voiture indispensable Terrasse avec belle vue sur la mer on a eu de la chance que le 2eme appartement n était pas occupé car dans ce cas juste un claustra ajouré nous sépare peu d intimité. Nous avions notre petit chien il pouvait aller sur la terrasse de l autre appartement…un peu gênant ! Équipement vaisselle tres minimaliste Literie de mauvaise qualité on s enfonçait (je précise que nous ne sommes pas de gros gabarits)

Ferienhaus mit wunderschöner Terrasse

Villa Anna ist ein sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit spektakulärer Sicht auf das Meer und Sonnenaufgang. Die Ferienwohnung, die wir gemietet hatten war sehr ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Auch die Terrasse und der Garten sind sehr geplflegt. Die Vermieter stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite mit Empfehlungen und Reservierungen etc.

Fint semesterboende men lite avskilt

Lägenheten är fin och ligger bra till på en lugn gata. Dock stämmer inte bilden från altanen med vad som sedan erbjuds när man kommer dit. Lägenheten ligger i den andra delen av huset och altanen är betydligt mindre. Helt ok men ändå. Uppgifterna om avstånd till affärer och restauranger tycker inte vi stämmer med verkligheten. Det finns en bar i slutet på gatan som är trevlig att besöka men för att köra inköp måste man ha bil och resa till ex Castro, 5 km därifrån. Uppe vid slottet/borgen finns affärerna där. Marina di Andrano där lägenheten egentligen ligger domineras av bostadshus. Lite längre bort efter kustvägen finns s. k. strandrestauranger, enkla sådana. Badet är fint med underbart klart vatten. Bottenförhållandena kräver badskor. Sammanfattningen blir att lägenheten är fin med underbar utsikt men alla inköp kräver planering pga att man måste resa. Här bor folk som pendlar till jobbet och det saknas därmed det serviceutbud som finns i de lite större tätorterna. Man kan inte bara gå ut en kväll för att besöka restauranger eller bara delta i nattlivet. Bil krävs. Det är som att gå ut i ett svenskt villaområde. Adressen som man får till boendet, den s. k. vouchern har en felaktig GPS position. Inte heller fanns uppgift om gatunumret till huset. Ingen vi frågade på gatan kände heller till ägaren då de inte var från orten. Vi körde runt och pga att vi kände igen grinden på huset kunde vi komma rätt. Lite för avskilt för oss som sagt, alternativet att bara gå ut en kväll på lokal om man känner för det saknas.
