Arco, Charming just renovated apt 2BD/1BT in Tuscan farm w shared pool

Arco is a cozy and charming apartment on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse in Tuscany, between Arezzo and Anghiari, on the Scheggia pass, at 700 meters above sea level. The apartment is accessed by an ancient stone archway, from which it takes its name. We have recently completed an extensive renovation, while keeping intact the rustic charm of the typical Tuscan farmhouse. The main room has been transformed into an open space with a living room with a stone fireplace, a kitchen and a table for 4. Two bedrooms follow, one double and one twin and a bathroom with bathtub.
Outside, a furnished green loggia for private use of the guests of Arco. The pool (a few hundred meters away) is immersed in the woods, for shared use with the guests of the farm.
La Scheggia farm is the ideal place for holidays for families with children, of all ages and nationalities. It is a safe place where children can get to know each other and play together, surrounded by nature. All guests have access to the swimming pool, soccer field, Wi-Fi.
The stables, cellars and barns of the farm have been renovated over the years with the aim of keeping the simplicity of the old rural dwellings intact, to bring guests back to a timeless atmosphere, the one lived for centuries by peasant families who, generation after generation, have inhabited and worked in La Scheggia.
We are keen on giving our guests recommendations of places to visit, events and attractions, hikes and activities, as well as practical information on the apartment and area, all in a file that we share with guests before arrival.
Depending on the period of your stay we might be at the farmhouse or not, as we don't live here. If not there in person we are always available via phone.
