The location was excellent, as it was close to the bus and train stations, so you didn't need to depend on water taxies or water buses. The main drawback was two high levels of steps -- difficult with suitcases. The staff was friendly.

Hébergement extrêmement bien situé, chambre petite mais propre, tout ce dont on a besoin pour deux nuits! Cependant jamais vraiment de personnel présent et instruction pour Check-in plus ou moins clair. Pas d’air climatisé mais il n’était pas spécifié qu’il en avait donc en gros belle expérience pour un court séjour je recommande surtout si vous ne voulez pas payer cher!

Beautiful property in the heart of Verona. Just a few steps away from the Arena. We stayed in one of their rooms in a nearby building as we had booked last minute. It more than exceeded our expectations.. beautiful design, large room, lots of character and very clean. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. We only stayed for 1 night, but will be sure to return in the future.

Great hotel, 20 minutes walk from st marks square, great waterfront hotel with easy access to everything.

The property was well maintained and in a very convenient spot. The breakfast was ok. It was the same food every day but good quality. I thought it said we would eat on the roof so we could overlook the city but that wasn’t the case. We ate on the main floor. Staff were ok. Just not super friendly.
