"We were offered a sale price from Expedia only to arrive at Coco Reef and have them charge us almost $200 more. Buyer beware, Coco Reef lied about us charing things to the room and lied to us about "extra taxes and fees". The original sale price had included taxes and fees. Expedia did not get us our money back. Choose a better hotel, and don't trust Expedia sales."

"Azura Bermuda is a sparkling gem on the south shore. It’s ideally located in the middle of the island within easy reach of every experience to be enjoyed in Bermuda. The staff were so lovely, we felt cared. We cannot wait to return, Azura is the height of luxury with privacy and space for singles, couples, and families! The fitness and wellness facilities are exceptional. The pools all offer the absolute best views. And Surf has dishes to please even the most discerning urban traveler, a destination in itself. Out stay left us completely renewed from the inside out. Thank you to all the staff. "

"We have stayed at most of the nice resorts in Bermuda but what separates this property from the others is not just the beachfront pink sand beach with no shuttle needed but that it is a family run business. It really makes a difference. It is not corporate at all - it feels very personable. The owners are very present and very friendly and really go out of their way to make sure that you are happy and are having a good time. We had an issue where the room below us had a bunch of chain smokers. We could not go out onto the balcony due to the strong smoke coming up as we have asthma. David (one of the owners) really took care of us and moved us to a really beautiful suite which was incredible. It was over and above what we would have expected. Each time we saw him he would make sure to say hello and ask if there was anything that we needed. Just a really nice, classy touch. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"Wendell and his family are such genuine wonderful hosts. The room was as described, minus heating that wasn’t found. The location is great proximity to good food, gorgeous views, and literally at the bus stop. If there is a negative, the road noise can be heard overnight. The bed is made for those who love firm. We will be back and would absolutely stay again!! "

"Our hosts were amazing, friendly, helpful and very kind. The place is a great location for those wanting a quiet home away from the noise and bustle of the local moped racket. There is a great grocery store a short walk away. (That is also where the bus shelter is - great for catching a bus into Hamilton or heading the other way to the dock lands.) It was also just a short walk to the railway trail - better taking the path to the left. With a bit more effort we walked to nearby Horseshoe bay several times. "
