Great area beautiful beach but and I mean but so where do I begin okay the restaurants are mediocre when you can get in especially the steakhouse they open 5:30 at 6:00 they stop taking guests and say there either all sold out or tables are reserved but you can’t make a reservation 🤔 the French restaurant has octopus on the menu but they never have it and told me there’s a problem with getting in from the ports meanwhile I went out of the resort and had no problem getting it at Patrizia of New York which is a ten minute walk from there. The buffet always has the same old tired stuff and try to have theme nights. I WILL SAY THE LOBBY BAR IS ON POINT WITH KENNY TAKING CARE OF YOU VERY WELL. Oh now some more negatives towels are not replaced they clean the rooms but do not replace the towels so you come off the beach having to call or go to the front desk asking for towels for some strange reason there is a person from housekeeping with a clipboard of room numbers that need towels this was strange to me. Especially when the rooms were serviced 4 hours before. Can I make a suggestion maybe setup a large cart in the middle of the floor so that housekeeping can just get whatever they at the time they clean the rooms. My opinion is that this resort is mismanaged would I stay again ahh no. Needs to be updated stay elsewhere you be happier. May I suggest Barcelo great spot with a lot of food options just across the street.

Very good and service very good

Everything at the property was great. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time. Whenever we were confused about something the staff were great at helping us. The room and property were clean and very relaxing. My only wish is that there was better signage about where certain pools and restaurants were. We missed a pool because we didn't know it was there.

We liked the close access to the beach.
