I LOVE THE HOSPITALITY, THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY, GIVE SUGGESTIONS OF THE BEST PLACES TO GO, EITHER TO EAT, HAVE FUN, BEACHES, SHOPPING YOU NAME IT. THE PLACE IS QUIET, CLEAN, ALL THE DTAFF STARTING WITH THE OWNER TO THE STAFF THEYRE AMAZING. IT IS HOW YOU SEE IT ON THE PICTURES, YOU WONT BE DECEIVE, BUT LOVE IT. DONT HESITATE TO MAKE RESERVATIONS AT THIS PLACE, YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Everyone was very nice and friendly, the restaurant were clean and the food was good, I would recommend staying there to a friend. The TV service was out for the entire week of our stay but yet the casino had TV. Our shower had some mold and the refrigerator had ice build up.

I resented the fact that, throughout my stay, there was no adequate television service in the room. Upon my request, a technician came to my room to investigate. His visit was useless because he could not solve the problem. I had looked forward to watching television news and sports from Canada and the United States in the comfort of my room. Sadly, this did not happen. It ruined my visit. I therefore request a partial monetary refund of my hotel bill in compensation for this disastrous occurrence. A reasonable and speedy refund will be greatly appreciated.

All inclusive is only partially inclusive. Lots of nice restaurants but u can only eat in a few. When I stayed at other all inclusive, they were indeed all inclusive. If u were ordering a high end bottle of wine, I would expect an up charge but grabbing a sandwich at the wrong place can cost you.

The pool bar staff was great. Dino and Simone really took care of the people. Dino was also great with recommendations.
