Need to take a page from Puerto Rico where all hotel employees always greet passing guests with good morning/afternoon/evening. I had to initiate the greetings. "

"We had a pleasant stay at the RIU Antilles. The only things that need to be worked on is the dining situation in the evenings - if you are not at the specialty restaurants by 6:00 p.m, you have a hard time, if at all, getting in once it is full. Also, the covered beach areas (palapas) are taken once the attendant is there at 6:00 a.m. We had a hard time finding a spot on the beach by 7:00 a.m. and most people don’t want to be up that early just to secure a spot. Other than that, we had a great time! "
