View from room was okay, partial parking lot & ocean. Front desk staff was not very inviting or friendly checking in or out, the rest of the staff (cleaning, restaurant, etc.) were outstanding! Definitely family friendly. Property needs updating, but generally acceptable for price. Not a fan of not ...
