La ubicación es muy buena, la atención del Staff también, el desayuno es increíblemente bueno

The checking was great, however from then on everything went downhill. We requested water for the room the next day and we never got it. We had to call at least 3 times before the water was brought to our room. They didn’t respect the “do not disturb” sign that we hung on the door, which was very disrespectful. We went to the roof top for a drink one night. Although we were seated after a short wait, we were ignored for what felt like an eternity so we left and went to a different bar (Sambhad) nearby where we got stellar service even though they were closing shortly. When checking out, a bellman offered to help with our luggage when we got off the elevator, but after demanding our room key he said “ok you’re done, no need to go to the desk” and then never helped with our luggage. He simply pointed to desk again saying we can store it there. Once he got our key we were left stranded with all of the luggage that barely fit in their tiny inefficient elevators. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Service was abhorrent.

Great location and amazing staff. Walking distance to many important places in Madrid.

really nice staff and rooms

Both of our rooms were comfortable despite the extreme heat during our visit, as the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast selection and quality was excellent. The hotel was in a great location for our tours.
