"The facility looked great but the staff.... The staff was NOT educated enough to help someone who does not know the city.. I ASKED WHERE I CAN DO LAUNDRY, THE STAFF SAID THEY DON'T KNOW... I ASKED A STAFF MEMBER WHY DOES THE REFRIGERATOR NOT WORK. THEY SAID THEY'RE JUST KEPT IN THE ROOMS FOR LOOKS ..."
