Clean Hotel, reception was very welcoming. Rogelyn at breakfast was an excellent part of the team making sure we have a wonderful experience at breakfast and Joshua at the roof top bar was very knowledgeable on his job and gave us drinks recommendations. Thank you CC Palace Hotel for the wonderful stay in Rome.

Absolutely amazing!! Female solo traveler. There is a store right across the street with cheap beer and liquor. But if not the hotel literally sells everything you need. The room we received was very dusty and not clean. There was no electricity except for specific time at night. No hot water at all in any of the rooms I was told. Safe was broken and unusable. The pool water was muggy and you could barely see a few inch into it. It was unusable.
