Space was centrally located, walkable to downtown, had everything we needed for a great stay. Parking structure around the corner is reasonable, for overnight parking, park on floor 3 or up. Would recommend packing ear plugs, downtown location means downtown noise. Was great to be back in town, thanks!
The location was absolutely ideal and couldn’t have been more perfect for my visit. The decor was appealing, the towels were exceptional, and the bed was very comfortable. The space was lacking natural sunlight, but that had minimal impact on my visit.
Excellent spot for my new wife and I to stay for a night in Ann Arbor. Excellent location right downtown and the host was very responsive and helpful.
Thanks so much!

Clean but very poor air quality
While the unit was picturesque and tidy, located in a nice vibrant area of town, and the owner was a great communicator, I do not recommend this rental due to the poor indoor air quality. If you are sensitive to odors and have allergies, I would not recommend.

Great room, crummy neighbors
The room was exactly as pictured and would have been a perfect spot to stay had the neighbors not smoked so much weed that I got a contact high while I was sleeping. The building is older and I guess the shared HVAC was just pumping their party into my space. I was on a work trip and had to relocate to a hotel at midnight on my first night to avoid smelling like weed at my morning meeting. I was not actually able to stay in the unit.

Excellent location, nice decor! Came to visit for a reunion weekend and was quite happy with this space. Very easy to walk to campus or downtown, and being able to swing back here for a breather between events was super convenient. Thanks for a lovely stay!
Great spot for a Michigan sporting event or campus visit
Great location on west side of central campus and an easy walk down to Michigan Stadium and Crisler Arena. Would definitely consider staying again on next visit to Ann Arbor.
It was a super cute eclectic place! It provided exactly what we needed for our stay. The proximity to the campus was great! We also enjoyed being able to just walk to restaurants.

Defunct parking
The stay was good except for the steep stairs and the parking. Our passenger window was busted out and car tossed and robbed the parking is a serious problem in that area. Police said 5 in last 2 days we were there.
There are widespread mold in the bathroom and multiple stains on the towels. The boiler in the kitchen was not working until I figured out the outlet breaker was tripped. The kitchen trash can does not close well. One of the windows was open in this cold weather! Toilet seat is too small for a normal person. Most surfaces all over the unit have a fairly thick layer of dust. This cannot be missing a few spots by the cleaning person, this is pure ignorance of the owners. Communication was very difficult and only via email and late replies. Dish soap container was broken from the lid. Overall, a bad experience.
