Please return the keys to the lockbox using the same code as pickup. Failure to return the keys will result in a $150 fee.
Guests may not remove any property items. Inventory is checked after checkout, and removal of any items will result in a $300 fee, regardless of the item.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No smoking inside the home- A violation will result in a $500.00 fee charged to the guest.

I booked this reservation and it was acknowledged by Expedia and VRBO. When it came time to check in, I was given no information to access the property. The property is also not the property pictured in the listing. Having acknowledged the reservation made through Expedia up until check in time, at check in time, VRBO said I had no reservation. In the meantime, they repeatedly sent me messages that I had a message from the host. But, when I tried to check the messages, the screen said I had no messages from the host to check. BEWARE, the picture shown in the listing is NOT the property.
