Host was communicative and extremely pleasant, home was cozy with enough space to host multiple family members coming into town, rooms were clean and organized, closets were stocked with house supplies. Had a wonderful time staying here in a peaceful neighbourhood.
The 3 bedroom condo is not fancy, but very clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay in Ann Arbor. The living room furniture is modern and fun. The property manager is nice and responsive . Would definitely stay again!
This place is well kept, with a very comfortable feel, clean, close to downtown and U of M hospital.
Hosts are amazing and totally made us at home. They made themselves accessible if we had any kind of issues or concerns. And We did not.
A total of 6 of us visited though our visit.
We all agree that if we could we would all
give 5 Star rating individually.
Nice quiet location, but only 15 minute walk to downtown Ann Arbor. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and toiletries. Easy check in and check out. Free parking. Would stay here again for sure.
It was exactly what we needed for a week stay in Ann Arbor.

The property was overall very good and adequate. Location was great. Each room had individual HVAC devices which was great since each of us could set temperature to our liking. Only negatives were that outside stair rail was a little loose and the floors were very creaky.
Loved our stay here. Onlry criticism is. We would have liked a better stocked Kitchen with basic food prep necessities like a colander and maybe foul or saran wrap. Otherwise great house, great location and great hosts!

house didn’t look as expected. Very slippery outside. Had to drive up a steep hill in the driveway. Had to go up the driveway at at least 45 mph due to the ice.and my father slipped
The great: location was close to our friends house and an easy walk to downtown; kitchen was well-stocked; comfortable seating area in living room; easy check in and check outThe not so great: there is only A/C in one bedroom. This made it very uncomfortable to sleep in the other bedrooms during summer heat. This was not clearly stated in the description of the house; the unit below our’s had 4 rental cars that took up the entire driveway and made it very challenging to come and go. We did not have a rental car, but if we did, this parking situation would not have worked. More direction to the occupants of both units, limiting the number of cars per unit, would help.
