About this property

Make yourself at home in this cute and bright apt!

  • This apartment is situated as the ground level of a two story duplex. Newly remodeled including all new bathroom, granite counter in kitchen, and all hardwood or tile floors. Smart TV's in the bedrooms and Smart TV with cable in the living room. Everything you need for making meals, and close to many restaurants if you'd rather not! Right next door to a coffee cafe! One minute walk to the bus stop. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown, and an 8 minute drive to the Big House. The upstairs tenants are long term residents. You will be able to hear them walking around in their apartment. The City allows a maximum of two unrelated guests. City permit # is STR25-3098.
