We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay! To ensure the space is well-maintained for all guests, please review the following policies:

๐Ÿ”Š Noise & Extra Guests: A noise detector is installed. Unreported additional guests will result in a $30 charge per person.
๐Ÿถ Pets: A $300 cleaning fee applies for pets.
๐Ÿ’ค Late Check-Out: A $50 fee per 30 minutes will be charged unless previously approved.
๐Ÿ›‹๏ธ Furniture: Please return any moved furniture to its original position.

$25 per towel damaged by makeup.
$100 fee for using sheets as makeup cloths (e.g., wiping makeup directly on bedding).

Glassware: $15 per item unless reported in advance.
Dishes: $50โ€“$100 depending on replacement availability.
๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ Garbage: Please remove excess trash and place it in the garbage chute near the elevator before check-out.

Great Home

We were in the area for work. This home has a great location, clean, host was responsive, and it accommodated our large crew. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.
